Here are a few nifty short cuts that can help you as you navigate through Microsoft Excel!

  • Ctrl + O = Opens a workbook.
  • Ctrl + N = Creates a new workbook.
  • Ctrl + S = Saves the current workbook.
  • Ctrl + P = Prints the worksheet.
  • Ctrl + B = Toggles bold font formatting.
  • Ctrl + I = Toggles italic font formatting.
  • Ctrl + C = Copies the selected cell, text or object.
  • Ctrl + X = Cuts the selected cell, text or object.
  • Ctrl + V = Pastes the selected cell, text or object.
  • Ctrl + Home = Moves the cell pointer to the beginning of the worksheet.
